We’ll prepare a delightful assortment of tea sandwiches, salads, and vinaigrettes with the help of our little ones. Sip on Lovable’s signature iced tea blends like: Fresh Basil Mo-Tea-Toes w/ Lime & Mint and White Sangria Iced Tea. Discuss some children’s nutrition topics and create a fun food-art project.

 For the Love of Food
Introductory and advance courses avail. (Ideal for pk3-grade 12) Young foodies will learn cooking techniques and confidence in the kitchen, as we make popular favorites with a healthy twist! Each session we’ll cook with fresh produce, explore our ingredients, learn kitchen essentials, and sneak in some nutrition tips along the way. Each child will decorate their own apron and take home recipe cards weekly; making it easy for them to re-create what they’ve learned at home.

 Fiesta, Fiesta
Create the ultimate salsa bar including: Mango Salsa, Fresh Pico de Gallo, Black Beans & Corn Salsa, and Tropical Pineapple Salsa. All to accompany your citrus and cilantro marinated meats and seafood. Enjoy the fruits of your labor family style with savory beans-n-rice, fried plantains, and garlic tossed tostados. We’ll go over grilling techniques, as well as, the origins of our exotic ingredients. Have your Margarita mix ready.
